A customer has the option to arrange a viewing of the item, but this can only be done through scheduling an appointment in advance. Get in touch.
Reserve an item
In order to secure the reservation of the desired reclaimed furniture item, it is essential for the customer to provide a deposit amounting to 25% of the total cost. This deposit serves as a commitment to the transaction and ensures that the item is held exclusively for the customer’s intent to purchase. It’s important to note that if, unfortunately, a cancellation occurs at the eleventh hour, resulting in a missed sales opportunity that could have otherwise benefited both parties, the deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to mitigate potential revenue loss stemming from the reserved item being unavailable for other prospective buyers, thereby underlining the significance of honoring commitments and ensuring a fair business environment for all parties involved.
Delivery options
We can arrange delivery for your convenience. A reliable courier will bring the item, and we’ll also be directly involved to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our goal is to ensure the item reaches you safely at your chosen location.
We can send our reclaimed furniture items both nationwide and abroad. Delivery cost would depend upon the item weight and size and location.
It’s worth noting that our delivery includes bringing the item indoors. If someone on your end can assist, it helps us ensure a secure placement and a hassle-free process. This teamwork not only keeps the item safe in your chosen spot but also makes the delivery experience smoother, avoiding any potential issues from handling it alone.
Our aim is to make the delivery process comprehensive and efficient, ensuring the item’s quality while embracing teamwork for a successful final placement.
Returning items
Customers are responsible for return costs, as the delivery expense might be included in the price due to sales or special deals. Pick-up and payment can be made at my home address. Currently searching for a shop location. We require BAC’s payment; after clearance, customers can pick up items or receive delivery.
If an item is inspected and found undamaged, but damage occurs at home, we’ll verify if it’s due to workmanship/quality. Photos of the issue are needed. If it’s our fault (Opulence The Leather Company), we’ll repair or refund after inspecting the returned item.
If the issue isn’t Opulence The Leather Company’s fault, no refund will be given.
Customers must inspect items on arrival before taking them inside. Damage during customer transit not caused by Opulence The Leather Company won’t warrant a refund, but we can address it for a fee.
